The Jaguars lost a second straight game in Week 16, but didn't make up any ground in the order for the 2014 NFL Draft as both the Texans and Redskins lost as well. With just one game left to play, the Jaguars trail the Texans by two games meaning they are eliminated from contention for the first overall selection.
Also, due to their low strength of schedule, the Jaguars have clinched the tiebreaker over every other four-win team, as well as the five-win Giants. That means the Jaguars are currently locked in to a pick no higher than No. 2 overall and no lower than No. 8.
