The Jacksonville Jaguars lost in their season finale to finish the year with a 4-12 record, but they did not move up in the draft order after both the Houston Texans and Washington Redskins lost as well. Instead the Jaguars will select with the third overall selection behind the Texans and Rams (who acquired the Redskins' 2014 first round selection in 2012 for the right to select Robert Griffin III), respectively.
While the late slate of games will affect the order, the top three is set:
# | Team | Record | Opp. Record | SoS |
1 | Houston Texans | 2-14 | 143-113 | 0.559 |
2 | St. Louis Rams (from WAS) | 3-12 | 129-121 | 0.516 |
3 | Jacksonville Jaguars | 4-12 | 129-127 | 0.504 |
4 | Cleveland Browns | 4-12 | 131-123 | 0.516 |
5 | Oakland Raiders | 4-12 | 133-121 | 0.524 |
6 | Atlanta Falcons | 4-12 | 141-114 | 0.553 |

11 | Tennessee Titans | 7-9 | 129-127 | 0.504 |

The Jaguars have the strength of schedule tiebreaker over every other team that finished the year with four wins. However, they will rotate with those teams in rounds 2-7.
Welcome to draft season, everybody.
