The Jacksonville Jaguars appear to be one of the teams coaching in the 2014 Senior Bowl, according to the executive director, Phil Savage, who called the team a "lock" to coach. The Jaguars were named as one of the three preferred teams a week ago, along with the Atlanta Falcons and the Cleveland Browns.
@DraftCountdown @seniorbowl Pure draft order, trades not considered. @jaguars a lock, IMO. Have to wait and see on OAK. ATL would be next.

This will be the second time the Jaguars have coached the Senior Bowl. Jack Del Rio's staff previously coached the Senior Bowl in 2009, the only time in franchise history. The Jaguars subsequently drafted Mike Thomas and Rashad Jennings, each of whom played on the South Team coached by Del Rio.
It will be a great chance for the Jaguars to get to know some of the top senior prospects in the 2014 NFL Draft up close and personal, as well as how they respond to the Jaguars coaching style and philosophies. The game will also feature some of the top quarterbacks in the upcoming draft.
