XFINITYSports: Win the Ultimate Sports Social Media Job

Hey, Big Cat Country reader- have you ever wanted to be a sports social media star?

XFINITY Sports, a major supporter of SB Nation, is looking for their next social voice. They're holding open auditions to find that special person and it could be someone from our ranks.

All you have to do is create a short video and statement letting them know why you should be running the @XFINITYSports Twitter handle and submit on the XFINITY Facebook page where the contest is being hosted. If you're chosen, you will get the opportunity to share behind-the-scenes stories and news with more than 15,000 followers from the biggest sporting events over the next year.

The process will then unfold like this: 10 semifinalists will be selected with the 8 best submissions going straight through, and 2 wild cards be chosen from a fan vote out of a total of 10 wild card choices. Each of the 10 semifinalists will then be invited to XFINITY Live! in Philadelphia, PA, to participate in a series of challenges designed to test their social media skills. The 5 contestants who excel in their evaluations will receive the opportunity to travel to a live sporting event, hosted by an XFINITY partner. You can enter the contest anytime between this very moment and February 18th.

You could actually be running a sports-based twitter account with 15,000 followers, and attending big sporting events all over the place. You get paid an annual salary too!
