Tavon Austin came in as one of the smallest wide receivers in the 2013 NFL combine.

The first day of a "groups" day at the NFL combine generally will consist of weight, height, and other various measurements. Typically for wide receivers you would to look for decent size with a solid build, big hands, and generally longer arms. If a receiver comes in short than you expect, but has long arms it kind of evens out the difference in height because they still have a wide catch radius.
