With the second overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars will likely have their pick of pass rushers in the draft, barring the Chiefs drafting one. The thing the Jaguars will have to determine is which pass rushers offers not only the best upside, but also the best skill set for the defense going forward.
In their latest 2013 NFL Mock Draft, Mocking The Draft gives the Jaguars a player who could fit at the new LEO position.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
I've gone back and forth on this pick. A pass rusher that can play Leo in Gus Bradley's defense or a quarterback that could be considered an upgrade over Blaine Gabbert? Many are thinking the Jaguars go offensive tackle here, but Eugene Monroe is good on the left side.
Other possibilities: Dion Jordan, Geno Smith
We've talked about Mingo a ton here and he would make perfect sense with the second overall pick. Dan Kadar's alternatives would also make perfect sense as well.
