Jacksonville Jaguars free agency live blog: Rumors, signings and more

The third day of NFL free agency has come and gone and the Jacksonville Jaguars signed another player, albeit re-signed a player they had on the roster last year in bringing back CB Antwaun Molden.

There are still some free agents available after the big flurry who fit what the Jacksonville Jaguars will likely be planning to do on defense however, so as the dust settling there are still be good players to sign.

We will be tracking the free agency news throughout the day and you can follow along with our live blog of the events. We'll be keeping track of players the Jaguars show interest in through the day and former Jaguars players who sign elsewhere. We'll also track players the Jaguars could be showing interest in.

11:08 PM: In an interview with Bo Marchionte of College2Pro.com, Charleston Southern CB Charles James listed the Jaguars as a team that has shown interest during the pre-draft process. James is 5-9, 182 pounds, but is also a return specialist.

8:30 PM: For those complaining about Antoine Cason signing for so cheap with the Cardinals, the Jaguars had a bigger offer on the table.

8:27 PM: I did a write up on what Roy Miller means for the Jaguars defensive line going forward and what his role should be going forward in the new defensive scheme.

6:13 PM: The New York Jets are expressing interest in former Jaguars safety Dawan Landry.

5:40 PM: The Cardinals have signed CB Antoine Cason to a one-year deal, according to a report. The Jaguars reportedly had interest in him.

5:06 PM: The signings of defensive tackle Roy Miller and cornerback Alan Ball were both announced by the Jaguars.

4:36 PM: The Jaguars have announced the signing of running back Justin Forsett.

11:16 AM: This is pretty encouraging!

10:45 AM: Mark Long on 1010XL said he didn't think there was a lot of interest in Geno Smith until he saw how many Jaguars brass went to his Pro Day. He said they're desperate for a QB and need to get one in the next two years.

10:38 AM: Still alive. Eating some London broil and watching Fringe.

8:56 AM: Free agent running back Justin Forsett is meeting with the Jaguars today. Forsett and Jaguars offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch were both with Seattle in 2010.

8:10 AM: The Jaguars linebacker coach ran the Oregon linebacker drills on Thursday and the assumed interest is in Kiko Alonso. The team also sent their running backs coach to watch Denard Robinson at the Michigan Pro Day, who ran running back, wide receiver, and kick return drills.
