The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed veteran center Brad Meester, as the team announced today to a one-year deal.
Meester, 35, has started 193 games for the Jacksonville Jaguars in his career, the only NFL team he has ever play for. Originally drafted in the second round of the 2000 NFL Draft, he began his career playing left guard for his first three seasons before eventually taking over at center for the next 10 years.
Prior to the 2005 season, Meester started 80 consecutive games for the Jaguars. In his career, Meester missed only 15 total games in his 13 year career.
As long as Meester makes it to the open week, he will have played for every head coach in Jaguars history.
