The Jacksonville Jaguars appear they're going to be drafting a quarterback at some point in the 2013 NFL Draft, be it with the second overall pick or sometime in the mid-rounds. The team is covering their bases however and will host former Florida State quarterback E.J. Manuel this weekend for a private workout according to John Kryk.
Manuel is a quarterback who's been projected to go anywhere from the second round to the fifth round depending on which analyst you can talk to. He's one of the more physically talented quarterbacks in the draft and is coming off a good showing in the 2013 Senior Bowl, but he still has a lot of question marks about his overall game.
