NFL Draft 2013: David Caldwell puts emphasis on individual workouts

Jaguars new general manager Dave Caldwell seems to put an emphasis on individual workouts however, similar to that of Thomas Dimitroff and Bill Belichick.

I asked Ian to clarify what he meant by this, and he point out the benefit to doing individual workouts with prospects.

"Belichick and Dimitroff do more individual workouts than anyone. They teach, they ask him to do their drills, etc. More time consuming," Rapoport told me on Twitter. "But the idea is that you can compare apples to apples. You've asked every prospect to do the same thing. You can compare."

It makes perfect sense, especially if there is a specific position or role you're looking for from a position or player.
