The Jacksonville Jaguars have picked South Carolina Gamecocks wide receiver and return specialist Ace Sanders with their fourth round selection on the third day of the NFL Draft. Sanders was a first-team All-SEC selection in his junior season before foregoing his senior season and declaring for the 2013 NFL Draft.
Sanders, 5-7, 173 pounds, likely won't find a spot in the starting lineup as the Jaguars have Cecil Shorts III and Justin Blackmon, but the shifty player might be able to find a role in the slot for the team. Where he definitely will contribute is as a returner where the Jaguars have struggled for a long time.
In the final day of the draft, it is less about addressing needs and more about adding talent that can contribute and find a role within the team.
