The Jacksonville Jaguars had a void to fill in their linebacker corps right now and had expressed interest in free agent linebacker Desmond Bishop, recently released by the Green Bay Packers, but it appears that Bishop may no longer be interested in coming to Jacksonville.

Bishop missed the 2012 season with a torn hamstring, but prior to that had played well on the inside for Green Bay after earning a starting position in 2010. The 28-year old former sixth round pick is a risky signing coming off injury, but he's not likely to garner a hefty contract despite the interest from multiple teams.
The Jaguars are likely still going to be on the hunt to add some linebackers to the group to compete.
