Did the Jacksonville Jaguars improve at defensive tackle in 2013?

Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle position went through a facelift in 2013 and like most position groups has a slew of new faces. The starting tackles from the 2012 season have all either signed with other teams or changed positions to better fit the new scheme, and have been replaced with young players having to fight for their position.

2012 DT Tyson Alualu, C.J. Mosley, Terrance Knighton, D'Anthony Smith
2013 DT Roy Miller, Kyle Love, Sen'Derrick Marks, Brandon Deaderick, D'Anthony Smith, T.J. Barnes

The biggest difference you see right away between the two seasons is that the size of the players, as the 2013 group is much bigger in size to accommodate Gus Bradley's defensive scheme.

Advantage: I give the clear advantage to the 2013 group just on potential alone. The 2012 roster had guys playing out of position and was a sieve against the run a lot of the season.
