If Jaguars fans want to see something, anything, in 2013 Preseason Week 2 it’s something that says, "Yes, this guy is THE guy" at quarterback. Chad Henne put up better statistics than Blaine Gabbertin the preseason opener, but reviewing the performances, it was hard to argue for big separation on the field. You’d like to see more Saturday.

Jaguars rookie quarterback Matt Scott caught a couple unnecessary shots during the preseason opener against Miami last Friday night at EverBank Field.That was the NFL's viewpoint as the league fined two Dolphins defenders on Friday.Rookie linebacker Alonzo Highsmith was fined $15,750 for roughing the passer. The league determined Highsmith struck Scott in the head and neck area.Miami defensive end Emeka Onyenekwu has fined $10,000 for roughing the passer, striking Scott late.Scott completed 6 of 13 passes for 51 yards and was sacked once in Miami's 27-3 victory.
