Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert has missed the past two games after suffering a laceration on his throwing hand in the opener against the Kansas City Chiefs. After getting 15 stitches in his hand with the injury, the Jaguars have re-evaluated their quarterback and expect him to start on Sunday.
Head coach Gus Bradley says that Gabbert practice last week and had his stitches taken out prior to the Seahawks game, but the plan is to have him start against the Indianapolis Colts.
Bradley also stated that Gabbert might have gained a bit by being out for the past few weeks and has appeared to be more "free" in practice.
