The Jacksonville Jaguars expect to have Blaine Gabbert and Marcedes Lewis return to the lineup in Week 4, as both practiced on Wednesday, although Lewis did on a limited basis.
With the exception of that addition though, the Jaguars were very hamstrung offensively in practice, as only four receivers were available on Wednesday, including Tobais Palmer and Jeremy Ebert of the practice squad.
With Mike Brown dealing with a broken bone in his back and Stephen Burton dealing with concussion-like symptoms, the Jaguars are very thin at the receiver position.
As has been the case in recent weeks, the Jaguars were also thin in the secondary, although the head contusion suffered by Will Blackmon doesn't appear as though it will hold him out against the Colts on Sunday. Also making progress is Dwayne Gratz who suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 1.
