Ravens vs. Broncos: The 2013 NFL season kicks off

The 2013 NFL season officially kicks off with the Ravens taking on the Broncos in a rematch of the 2012 AFC Championship Game.

The 2013 NFL season officially kicks off with the Baltimore Ravens taking on the Denver Broncos on Thursday night football. It's a rematch of the 2012 AFC Championship game, that appeared it would send the Broncos and Peyton Manning to the Super Bowl.

That was until Rahim Moore blew coverage and let Joe Flacco throw a long touchdown pass to tie the game late.

What followed was a fun overtime match up that saw the Ravens gut it out and finish out the game as the winner, then move on to face the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl, ultimately winning it.

The Ravens look a little different this year, but there will be familiar Jacksonville Jaguars faces on both sides of the ball. The Ravens start linebacker Daryl Smith and the Broncos start defensive tackle Terrance Knighton, as well as have Jack Del Rio as the defensive coordinator.

Use this post as the thread to discuss the game and the start of the NFL season.
