The Jacksonville Jaguars are relatively healthy and escaped the 2013 NFL preseason with minimal injuries. The biggest concern obviously is that of starting quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who's officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game. The only big injury this week is Marcedes Lewis, who will be out after aggravating his calf injury.
Here's the official injury report for Friday:
Name | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Game Status |
Marcedes Lewis (calf) | Limited | DNP | DNP | Out |
Justin Forsett (toe) | Limited | Limited | Limited | Questionable |
Roy Miller (knee) | Limited | Limited | Limited | Probable |
Stephen Burton (illness) | Limited | Full | Full | Probable |
Blaine Gabbert (thumb) | Limited | Limited | Limited | Questionable |
Jeremy Mincey (illness) | Limited | Limited | Full | Probable |
Will Rackley (ankle) | Limited | Limited | Limited | Questionable |
While Gabbert is listed as "questionable", I would still expect him to start against the Chiefs. If he wasn't ready to go, it's unlikely the team would have let him practice all week, but rather just shut him down and let him recover.
