With the Jacksonville Jaguars coaching the Senior squad of the 2014 Senior Bowl, Gus Bradley is attempting to run his practices as close as possible to an NFL practice this week, keeping it up tempo and challenging the players to find out where they win and put them in situations to be successful.
"We want to simulate as much of an NFL week as possible," Bradley told reporters at the conclusion of Monday's practice. "Obviously we've got some different rules to follow, but if we can give them an idea of what it's like all the more power to us."
Under Bradley, the Jaguars have been all about competition and they're looking to instill that during the week of the Senior Bowl. How players respond to the challenge of competition will likely leave an impression on Bradley and his staff, which is one of the advantages of coaches players up close throughout the week.
