The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without wide receivers Marqise Lee and Cecil Shorts III against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday when they return to EverBank Field, but with Clay Harbor finally looking healthy last week and the return of Ace Sanders, it should be mitigated somewhat.
