The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed free agent tight end Mike Flacco to their practice squad, according to a report by Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union

Flacco, the younger brother of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe, was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent, but was released in August. The 27-year-old former minor league baseball player put up a promising preseason for the Chargers, but ultimately couldn't crack the final roster with the team's depth at tight end.
The real question however is... Is he elite?
