The Jacksonville Jaguars are traveling to play the Cincinnati Bengals this week, and they might not have to face starting running back Giovani Bernard, who has been held out of practice all week.
According to Paul Dehner of The Cincinnati Enquirer, Bernard missed his third straight day of practice on Friday and that backup rookie running back Jeremy Hill was seeing increased time in practice this week.
Gio Bernard not out at practice for third straight day. Not even out on the side. Can't see a scenario he plays Sunday.

Bernard suffered a hip injury in the fourth quarter of last week's game against the Baltimore Ravens. If he misses the game on Sunday, this will be the first game the second-year running back has missed in his career.
In other injury news, Bengals starting right guard Kevin Zeitler was also held out of practice with a calf injury, but wide receiver A.J. Green participated on Friday, making his outlook good that he'll play against the Jaguars.
Update: The Bengals have ruled Giovani Bernard out, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
