Pasztor was an unlikely starter for the Jaguars last season, but started 12 games in 2013. He played eight games in 2014 before suffering his season-ending injury.
Undrafted rookie Josh Wells replaced Pasztor against the Giants. Veteran Sam Young, who has been inactive much of this year, could also compete for the starting job over the course of the final four games.
The Jaguars play the Houston Texans and All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt next week.
