Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles suffered a sprained right ankle in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Late in the game Bortles took one of his many sacks on the day and got up gingerly, limping to the sideline. Bortles returned to the game and didn't seem to be too bothered by the injury, but he was in a walking boot after the game.

I don't think Bortles will miss anytime with the injury and will start on Thursday Night against the Tennessee Titans, but it could effect the play calling for the final two games of the season.
If the ankle makes Bortles uncomfortable moving around, it's likely we'll see a lot less of him rolling out and running read option type plays, which takes away some of what he's best at. Bortles currently seems a lot more comfortable throwing on the run, which isn't a surprise since he did it a lot in college, but with the ankle it's possible we'll see less of that.
