Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle Sen'Derrick Marks is having a Pro Bowl-caliber season, and that was never more evident than in the team's Week 13 victory over the New York Giants.
Marks collected two sacks, four tackles, and was arguably the best defensive lineman on the field on Sunday.
And according to Pro Football Focus, his performance earned him an overall grade of 3.5 -- first among AFC defensive tackles and second in the league, behind only Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, who had just one sack, but had four hurries.
Whether it was beating his man inside and cleaning up for a sack...
...finishing the game with as much effort and energy as on the first snap...
...or absolutely wrecking Rashad Jennings...
...Marks put in as dominant performance as he has this season. So far this year, he has seven sacks which is tied for the lead with Chris Clemons, but its the way he fills gaps, absorbs tackles, and captains the interior run defense that makes him one of the best defensive tackles in the game.
