Week 17 NFL power rankings: Jaguars move up two spots

Each Tuesday, we'll take a look at the power rankings to see where the Jacksonville Jaguars check in on these all-important objective rankings.

Last week, the Jaguars were No. 30. A close loss in Baltimore wasn't enough to get the Jaguars out of the bottom three. But a win over the Titans would surely move the team up a spot or two, right?

This Sunday, the Jaguars are traveling to play the Houston Texans where they go in as 10.5-point underdogs and can upset the Texans' playoff chances.
