The Jacksonville Jaguars have reached an agreement with Austin Pasztor according to a report by Ryan O'Halloran of the Jacksonville Times Union.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>The <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Jaguars&amp;src=hash">#Jaguars</a> have signed an offensive lineman ... right tackle Austin Pasztor signed his tender today.</p>&mdash; Ryan O&#39;Halloran (@ryanohalloran) <a href="https://twitter.com/ryanohalloran/statuses/454345247481274368">April 10, 2014</a></blockquote>

Pasztor, before signing, was an Exclusive Rights Free Agent. An Exclusive Rights Free Agent is a player with 3 or less years in the NFL and no longer on his rookie contract. The team that an Exclusive Rights Free Agent played for most recently can tag him with an Exclusive Rights Tender which means that no other team can negotiate with that player. The player either accepts the minimum deal or he does not play. It's that simple.

Pasztor played very well at Right Tackle in the latter half of the 2013 season. He ended up playing 808 snaps, and general manager Dave Caldwell has said on numerous occasions that Pasztor will be the teams Right Tackle moving forward.

It has been a good few weeks for Pasztor who was also recently awarded $175,000 for having playing time that exceeded his salary during the 2013 season.
