The Jacksonville Jaguars kicked off their OTA practices on Tuesday afternoon in Jacksonville, FL at the Blue Cross Blue Shield practice facilities. Only veteran defensive end Chris Clemons was not in attendance, as he was away from practice with a family issue, according to Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union. The team seems to be expecting him to be in attendance on Wednesday.
The other four players missing practice, per O'Halloran, were fourth-round pick cornerback Aaron Colvin, rookie tight end Marcel Jensen, veteran linebacker Dekoda Watson and second-year safety Josh Evans.
Evans, who started 11 games for the Jaguars as a rookie in 2013, missed practice after having a small procedure on his foot in the offseason. Gus Bradley said after practice that Evans will likely be out the remainder of OTA practices and back for training camp.

Ryan O'Halloran also noted that wide receiver Lamaar Thomas is dealing with a knee issue, but was on the field with his helmet for team activities.
Outside of Clemons, the other 89 players on the Jaguars roster were all present at "voluntary" OTA practice on Tuesday.
