In the 50 days leading up to the preseason opener against the Buccaneers, we're counting down the 50 best plays of 2013.
Yesterday at No. 44 was Chad Henne and his 3,000th passing yard. Who's today at No. 43?
Sen'Derrick Marks and his breakout performance against the St. Louis Rams.
The Jaguars came into the 2013 season absolutely depleted on the defensive line. They signed Marks, formerly of the Titans, in the offseason.
There were hopes that Marks could "prove it" in 2013, and he showed himself to be a solid addition to the defensive line, earning a long-term deal shortly after the season ended -- and it all started with this Week 5 play against the Rams.
Not only that, but Marks batted down a pass two plays later to force a fourth down.
Should Marks' breakout play of a solid 2013 season be on the list? Let us know in the comments below!
