The United States take on Belgium in the Round of 16 of the 2014 World Cup on Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. ET.
Belgium are favored to win, but not by much, especially now that feature centre-back Thomas Vermaelen has been ruled out of the pivotal match.
Not only that, but striker Jozy Altidore is "ready and available" for the Americans after a hamstring injury he suffered against Ghana kept him out of group matches against Portugal and Germany.
If the United States can take advantage of weak Belgian back line that has Vincent Kompany doubtful due to a groin injury and Laurent Ciman playing injured, they have a distinct chance to advance to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2002.
