Ian Rapoport of NFL.com is reporting that the Jacksonville Jaguars will be without three key players heading into the start of training camp this week, according to an unnamed source.
Dekoda Watson isn't much of a surprise, as we learned a few days ago he could start the season on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list due to a sports hernia.
But Alan Ball is a surprise for the PUP list, as is Ace Sanders for the non-football injury (NFI) list.
For those who don't know, the NFI list acts much in the same way the PUP list does, except it's used for players who are unable to practice as a result of something unrelated to football, like an illness.
According to Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union, that's exactly what will be keeping Sanders out of practice:
The Jaguars will also be without rookie Aaron Colvin, who will start the season on the NFI list, but that was expected.
We'll update this thread as we learn more information.
