In the 50 days leading up to the preseason opener between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, we're counting down the 50 best plays of 2013.
Yesterday at No. 9 was Chad Henne's 62-yard touchdown to tight end Danny Noble... on fourth down. Even more incredibly, it was his first catch of the season.
In at No. 8? A circus catch of an interception from Ryan Davis to win the game against the Houston Texans.
Even Davis could barely believe he made the catch after the game:
"I just made a 'backyard' type play and wanted to hold on to it as soon as my hand touched the ball. I just reached my hand out and tried my best to adjust to it. Luckily, the ball landed perfectly within my palm and I was able to cradle it with ease."
Should Davis' interception be higher on the list? Lower? Let us know in the comments below.
