The Jacksonville Jaguars are back home at EverBank Field to take on the Atlanta Falcons in their 2014 NFL preseason finale on Thursday evening. The game will kick off at 6 p.m. ET and will see the Jaguars starters play possibly a series or two before the game turns into an annual resume session for players who won't make either team's final roster.
We know the Jaguars will be without a handful of starters on Friday, as some players are being held out with some minor injuries so they can be prepared for Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The team hasn't announced yet how much game time that both Chad Henne and rookie quarterback Blake Bortles are going to get yet on Friday, but it's entirely possible Friday will be the final time we see Bortles under center in a game for the last time of the 2014 season.
