While the NFL and NFLPA are close to finalizing and enacting a new drug policy that could possibly overturn some suspensions, the suspension to Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Ace Sanders isn't going to be one of the ones overturned, according to a report.
Random note (because #Jags fans asked): I don’t believe WR Ace Sanders is a candidate for a reduced suspension. Should still be 4 games

We don't know what Sanders failed drug test was for that led to his suspension, but there was some thought that if it was for marijuana it might be one of the cases to be overturned.
Under the proposed new drug policy the threshold for THC (marijuana) would be raised to 35 nanogram per milliliter, up from the comically low 15 ng/mL that it is currently. It appears however, whatever Sanders tested positive for, won't be below the new limits to see his suspension overturned.
