The Jacksonville Jaguars finally have a quarterback, so I don't have to respond to Gus Bradley's stubbornness and grab San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers.
My immediate reaction is to upgrade the offense immediately, but I think Blake Bortles has done that already. General manager Dave Caldwell certainly had Bortles in mind as he built this team that has misfired under Chad Henne, so I'd like to give the existing guys a couple more weeks before casting them aside.
That leaves the defense, and there's plenty of holes to fill. But with only one pick...
Which Chargers player should Jaguars fans want right now?

In Gus Bradley's weekly press conference on Monday, he singled out the back seven as being the most in need of improvement. There's certainly room for improvement everywhere but I think the offense has more of a pass because it's anchored by several rookies. Coming into this season, the defense was supposed to carry this team, but neither side of the ball has done much carrying.
To fix the back seven, I'm going to give them someone who can harass the quarterback but also be an upgrade in terms of stopping the opposing running back. I'm taking defensive end Corey Liuget.
A top-20 pick in 2011, Liuget has been a staple of the Chargers defense for the past few years. His rookie season was an uphill battle because the NFL lockout in the summer of 2011 prevented him from working out at team facilities. But since 2012, he's established himself as a pass rusher who can also help stop the run.
