The Denver Broncos are visiting the Indianapolis Colts to kick off this year's Sunday Night Football schedule.
Last season couldn't have ended more disastrously for Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Their Super Bowl matchup was billed as a showdown for the ages. The high-powered unstoppable force that was the Denver offense vs. the powerfully immovable object that was the Seattle defense. And then the Seahawks dominated their way to a 43-8 victory and one of the most lopsided wins in recent Super Bowl history.
The Colts, however, gave us one of the most thrilling comebacks in playoff history. Down 38-10 in the middle of the third quarter, they clawed their way back to win 45-44 and advance to the AFC Divisional round where they lost to the New England Patriots.
