The Jacksonville Jaguars will be interviewing Oakland Raiders offensive coordinator Greg Olson for their open offensive coordinator position, according to a report by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. As Rapoport states, the team was apparently impressed with how rookie Derek Carr developed under Olson's tutelage.
#Raiders OC Greg Olson set to fly to Jax today to interview for their OC job, source said. Impressed this season with Derek Carr development

If the name is familiar, it's because Olson spent a season as the Jaguars assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach under Mike Mularkey, and infamously was credited with calling former Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert "Blame Gabbert" when he left the team.
Olson has been a coach in the NFL at some capacity since the 2001 season, when he was the quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers. He has experience as an offensive coordinator previously with the Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
