The Jacksonville Jaguars are obviously located in the state of Florida, which is prone to random thunderstorms in the summer and early fall, which can put a damper on training camp and regular practice. For a long time fans and officials alike have talked about a practice bubble so they don't lose those practice days and it appears a plan for that could be in motion.
As for the practice bubble at Shipyards: "it’s going to be the coolest covered practice field you’ve ever seen, it will blow your mind."

Shad Khan and team president Mark Lamping have been discussing the possibility of the Jaguars developing the long vacant shipyards downtown and the team has said they plan to unveil plans for it within the next 30 days.
In those plans it was assumed there would be a practice bubble for the team and it appears that is the case. It also appears in typical Khan style, it's going to be something pretty awesome.
Hope it's not hard to move to London AMIRIGHT?
