The Jacksonville Jaguars don't have an offensive coordinator at the time of this post being written. By the time the Senior Bowl rolls around (Jan. 24th) the Jaguars have a plan in case it's still not filled, though. Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell told Alex Marvez and Phil Savage on SIRIUS XM that quarterbacks coach Frank Scelfo will call the plays if needed.
.@Jaguars GM David Caldwell said QB coach Frank Scelfo will serve as team's OC at @seniorbowl even if hiring of new OC is completed by then

Scelfo joined the Jaguars back in 2013 when the team hired head coach Gus Bradley and previously had coached quarterbacks at the University of Arizona.
Scelfo has previous play calling experience at the college level, when he was the offensive coordinator at Tulane and Louisiana Tech. The Senior Bowl is generally pretty basic, in terms of play calling, however.
Hopefully though, the Jaguars have their offensive coordinator in place by then.
