Houston Texans wide receiver Cecil Shorts missed their Week 5 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts after separating his shoulder during the Texans loss to the Atlanta Falcons during Week 4. The Sunday to Thursday turn around didn’t give Shorts enough time to recover in time to face the Colts. With a couple of extra days to heal the Houston Chronicle is reporting that Shorts is likely to play on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
