The Jets hurried Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles 14 times, including six sacks. There were opportunities for the Jets' pass rushers, because Bortles holds the ball for a long time, and looks to throw downfield. Even when he uses his mobility, he does it to move around in the pocket, still looking to throw, rather than scramble.
