Quarterbacks, wide receivers, offensive linemen, cornerbacks... the Jaguars are under-spending as compared to league averages. So why over-spend on tight ends and defensive linemen?

Jerry Sullivan talks about trio of rookie wide receivers -
Two days before the 2014 season ended, receivers coach Jerry Sullivan — who is entering his fourth year with the Jaguars and will be working with his third coordinator — talked about his young trio. The Jaguars were the first team in league history to have three rookie receivers with at least 35 catches.

Allen Robinson to be ready for OTAs -
"He’ll have an offseason, an OTA, a training camp and should be able to accelerate his game," WR coach Jerry Sullivan said. "The thing about all these young guys, they come out of college, they train for the Combine and then they train for each team that wants to work them out. Now they can really compartmentalize what they need to do."
