The Jacksonville Jaguars have been busy adding players in free agency on Tuesday afternoon, but one player they couldn't retain is swing linebacker J.T. Thomas.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Thomas is getting a deal that averages $4 million per year with $4.5 million guaranteed.

Thomas joined the Jaguars away from the Chicago Bears in 2013. He played in all but one game in his two years in Jacksonville, playing a number of positions at linebacker and racking up 72 tackles, five forced fumbles, two interceptions, and five passes defended.
