The Jacksonville Jaguars have been one of the busiest teams in NFL free agency and appear to continue to get some work down. The team is hot and heavy in the pursuit of free agent running back Demarco Murray, even putting on the full court press with the coaches and players last night, attempting to sway Murray to Jacksonville.

Quick Recap of Yesterday:

Jaguars signed FS Sergio Brown (3-years, $7M, can hit $11M)

Jaguars signed DE Jared Odrick (5-years, $42.5M [guessing], $22M guaranteed)

Jaguars signed TE Julius Thomas (5-years, $46M, $24M guaranteed)

Jaguars signed CB Davon House

Jaguars will sign OT Jermey Parnell

Jaguars will sign OLB Dan Skuta

5:04 PM: Interesting way for the Jaguars to structure contracts. I like it.

4:10 PM: Hmm... seems DeMarco Murray is getting less than he thought he would in free agency. Renewed hope for the Jaguars?

10:20 AM: Jaguars make the Julius Thomas signing official.

9:46 AM: Albert Breer of NFL Network is reporting that Dallas doesn't want Murray as bad as Jacksonville, financially.

9:04 AM: A source familiar with the situation tells Big Cat Country that Demarco Murray will decide between the Cowboys or the Jaguars. Jaguars will have to make a deal Dallas isn't willing to match.

8:40 AM: Seems the Jaguars are interested in newly released defensive back Brandon Browner, which after the Davon House signing strikes me as... odd.

8:25 AM: In the Demarco Murray race, the Oakland Raiders have signed Roy Helu and it now appears the Philadelphia Eagles are likely to sign Ryan Mathews.

12:22 AM: One of the top pass rushers on the free agency market, Jason Worilds, is retiring from football.
