Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts III is reportedly signing a two-year deal with the Houston Texans today.
According to Zac Jackson of FOX Sports Ohio, Shorts is staying in the AFC South but going to the rival Texans.

Shorts saw interest from several teams around the league previously, including the San Diego Chargers and New York Jets.
In four seasons with the Jaguars, Shorts has caught 176 passes for 2,343 yards and 12 touchdowns. He finishes seventh on the team's all-time career yardage list behind Jimmy Smith, Keenan McCardell, Marcedes Lewis, Maurice Jones-Drew, Kyle Brady, and Fred Taylor.
