Nearly three weeks into the 2015 NFL free agency period and teams have combined to hand out $1.86 billion worth of contracts including $766.9 million in guaranteed money according to data collected by The biggest spenders have been the Jacksonville Jaguars who have spent $172.5 million.

There's no excuse for not doubling last year's win total in 2015 -
Nobody in the NFL has been given more free passes the last two seasons than the Jaguars, mostly because they have maxed out on their rebuilding card. But you can only play with owner Shad Khan’s house money for so long.
