NFL free agency officially starts Wednesday, March 10 at 4pm EST, but teams aren't waiting that long to get a head start on the offseason -- and that includes the Jacksonville Jaguars. General managers have busied themselves making roster cuts, negotiating with their own free agents, and creating a little buzz on the rumor mill with trade talk and official visit news.
