Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

NFL free agency is officially unofficially in full swing, since the phone lines opened up on Saturday for the "legal tampering" period. This three day window allows teams to negotiate terms with impending free agents, but outside of re-signing with their old team, no one can officially sign a new deal until Tuesday at 4 p.m. EST.

There wasn't a lot of action on Saturday, outside of rumors, but the one big thing that happened is that Randall Cobb re-signed with the Green Bay Packers at a very reasonable deal, likely to stay with Aaron Rodgers and considering the fact that he will once again hit free agency at 28-years-old, meaning he'll likely get another big pay day.

There are still plenty of big names out there for the Jaguars to chase, but some names I've heard through some of my sources are Bryan Bulaga, Julius Thomas, Bruce Carter, Ron Parker, Devin McCourty, Jason Worilds and Ndamukong Suh

Live Blog:

10:40 PM: Devin McCourty is returning to the Patriots, but it sounds like the Jaguars were at least in the mix for him.

8:28 PM: Just kidding on that last update, tbh.

6:50 PM: Jeremy Maclin, who we thought could be a nice Plan B for the Jaguars since Randall Cobb re-signed with the Packers, is rumored to be re-signing with the Eagles.

5:43 PM: Well, shucks.

5:39 PM: Bleacher Report's Jason Cole reporting the Jaguars will get the best tight end on the market. I know we're 48 hours away from official signings, but it's good to be on this end of one.

5:35 PM: Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell and Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray reportedly talking about a deal.

3:45 PM: Maybe Demarco Murray isn't going to end up back in Dallas, as it seems the Jaguars are making a push for him.

2:10PM: As I wrote earlier and I've been saying on Twitter, all signs point to the Jaguars landing tight end Julius Thomas.

1:54 PM: With Suh off the market, the Jaguars look to be targeting Jared Odrick.

12:21 PM: Jerry Hughes, who the Jaguars are rumored to be interested in, might not even make it out of Buffalo.

10:24 AM: It appears as if the Jaguars are in the Bryan Bulaga running, with this report they're showing interest. Reports are Bulaga is looking for something in the $7-8M/year range.

12:21 AM: With the Raiders appearing to turn their attention to Jermaine Gresham, as I mentioned last night Julius Thomas looks like a "virtual certainty" to end up with the Jaguars, as the biggest rumored suitors were Oakland and Jacksonville.
