Grade the Jaguars pick of Dante Fowler Jr.

The Jaguars picked a pass rusher with the No. 3 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.

The Jacksonville Jaguars wasted no time on Thursday night, choosing to select Florida defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. with the No. 3 selection and plenty of time still on the clock.

Fowler finished the 2014 season with 8.5 sacks and 15 tackles for a loss in the Florida Gators defense, and will be relied upon to bolster the Jaguars pass rush. While the Jaguars finished with 45 sacks, the sixth most in the NFL, in 2014, the team still hasn't been able to find a young LEO to build around.

That is the role that Fowler will presumably fit for the Jaguars where the young pass rusher can pin his ears back and get after the quarterback from a wide pass rushing position.

Fowler measured in at 6'3, 261 pounds at the 2015 NFL Combine and ran a 4.60 40-yard dash with a 32.5 inch vertical jump.

So what say you, Jaguars fans?
