The Jacksonville Jaguars have selected Florida State wide receiver Rashad Greene in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Greene is the third offensive player the Jaguars have selected in as many picks, adding him along with Alabama running back T.J. Yeldon and South Carolina offensive lineman A.J. Cann.
If you've watched Florida State play the past three seasons, it's hard not to know who Rashad Greene was. He was a center piece of their offense, even with the likes of Kelvin Benjamin in the fold in 2013. He was an ultra productive receiver at the NCAA level and often came up big in big time games, even when teams knew the ball was coming to him.
At just 5'10" and 182 pounds, there's some size concerns with Greene, but I would imagine for the Jaguars he would be playing the slot and off the line of scrimmage. While Green ran just a 4.52 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, he has shown the ability to get down the field and beat teams deep.
